This website went live on 15 December 2016, with a new design and reorganisation of content so that it is now more aligned with our clients and stakeholders, and information is easier to locate. Additionally, the new website is compliant with all State Government requirements, including accessibility, and is mobile device friendly.

Workforce development
This section provides information about Western Australia's workforce planning and development model, and information relating to the WA labour market. The State Priority Occupation List – SPOL – is located in this section.

Apprenticeship Office
The Apprenticeship Office registers and administers training contracts and regulates the apprenticeship/traineeship system in Western Australia.
Training providers, VET practitioners and schools
All information, tools and resources related to VET programs, delivery and assessment is available via the 'sticky note' on the home page or the icon to the far right of the main menu.
This includes our professional development program, literacy and numeracy, policy and guidelines, the SPOL, information about reporting requirements, the Register of Class A and B qualifications, the Nominal hours guides and Training product search, training provider governance, and resources for contracted providers and participation referral agents.
