​​​This list has been compiled to help you deal with any queries you may have that relate to apprenticeships which are not handled by the Department's Apprenticeship Office.

In general terms, queries relating to starting an apprenticeship or finding an apprentice/trainee or employer for an apprenticeship should be directed to an Australian Apprenticeship Support Network (AASN) provider.

Queries relating to the training contract once an apprenticeship/traineeship has been established should be directed to the Apprenticeship Office on 13 19 54 (if you're outside of Western Australia, please call (08) 6551 5499).

Group training organisations (GTOs)

Group training is an employment and training arrangement where an organisation employs apprentices and/or trainees under a training contract and places them with host employers.

Priority Start – Building

Priority Start – Building (PSB) is a policy for Government contracting arrangements in the building and construction industry.
