Student satisfaction survey
The Student satisfaction survey is used to measure the quality of service provided by Western Australia's TAFEs and to gain a better understanding of their customers and their needs. In 2023, the Department has commissioned Wallis Social Research to conduct this survey.
The latest (2023) survey shows 87.73% of students were satisfied with their training. Students experienced the highest levels of satisfaction with:

- how likely it is that the course will lead to a job/career (85.9%); and
- physical safety and security measures (85.7%).
