Sponsorship packages

There are currently two types of sponsorship packages available, those being at $2 000 and $5 000.

  • Coffee cart: $2 000

    At the 2013 Forum we introduced coffee carts with dedicated baristas that served coffee to delegates. The carts were extremely popular and provided a great place for networking. As a coffee cart sponsor you will provide one of these carts. There are two coffee cart sponsorship opportunities available.

    Coffee cart sponsorship benefits

    As a coffee cart sponsor the benefits for your organisation include:

    • displaying your logo on the large screen in the plenary area;
    • acknowledgement of the sponsorship by the Master of Ceremonies at the Forum opening;
    • screening of a 30 second commercial during breaks on the large screen (sponsor to provide);
    • displaying your logo in a VETInfonews newsletter leading up to the forum;
    • displaying your free standing banner in the coffee cart area; and
    • your logo on the coffee cup.
  • Networking event: $5 000

    The networking event held after the formal program closes has proven to be extremely popular with delegates and presenters. It is the perfect opportunity for sponsors to network with delegates in a relaxed environment.  Networking drinks and canapes are served at the end of the day.

    Networking event sponsor benefits

    As a sponsor of the Forum networking event, the benefits for your organisation include:

    • displaying your logo on the large screen in the plenary area throughout the day and during the networking event;
