New website for State Training Board

Western Australia’s State Training Board is proud to announce the launch of its new website today. With a new design and new services including the lodgement of proposals for the establishment and variation of apprenticeships now available online, the website aligns with the Board’s drive to ensure vocational education and training meets the skill requirements of our State’s industries, employers and business.

With a strong focus on ensuring our VET system is maximising opportunities for Western Australians to get into the workforce or skill up, and supporting the State Government’s Plan for Jobs, the Board has set clear priorities to increase participation in training and maximise employment opportunities through consultation and collaboration with industry, employers and training providers. These priorities, along with details of current projects and initiatives that the Board is undertaking, are detailed on the new website.
